I'm Sophie, Occupational Therapist and founder of Homely Occupational Therapy.  

I have extensive experience supporting clients in adult and aged care services and am passionate about helping people live safely, independently, and confidently in their own homes. 

My approach is personal and practical — I take the time to understand each client’s unique routines, goals, and environment, and focus on progress, not perfection. 

Whether it’s improving home safety, prescribing equipment, or supporting daily living, my focus is always on helping clients engage and participate in the activities that matter most to them for their optimal health and wellbeing.
