Home Safety & Independence
Comprehensive assessments to help you move safely around your home and manage daily activities with confidence.
Includes: falls prevention, daily living support, functional assessments, and recommendations for maintaining independence.
Aged Care & Chronic Conditions
Tailored therapy to help manage the impact of ageing, illness, or long-term conditions on daily life.
Includes: pain and fatigue management, cognitive and memory support, energy conservation, pressure care, and self-care strategies.
Equipment & Assistive Technology (AT)
We assess, prescribe, and train clients in using mobility aids, bathroom and kitchen equipment, personal alarms, and technology to make everyday life easier.
Includes: minor and complex AT assessments, reports for funding (HCP, CHSP, NDIS), and equipment trials or supplier coordination.
Care Planning & Liason
Clear, professional documentation for your care team or funding provider.
Includes: reports for Home Care Packages, NDIS, GP referrals (CDMP), and insurer requirements; communication with care coordinators, suppliers, and family.
Home Modifications (HM)
Practical home adjustments to improve access, safety, and comfort.
Includes: grab rails, ramps, bathroom alterations, access improvements, and detailed recommendations for builders and funding bodies.
