At Homely Occupational Therapy, we provide community-based Occupational Therapy services across a range of funding bodies.

Our aim is to make accessing care simple and transparent — no matter how your services are funded.

Service fees vary depending on the relevant funding source, as outlined below.

NDIS
We support Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS Participants.
HOME CARE PACKAGES
We work with HCP Providers to support older adults at home with assessments, equipment, home modifications, and therapy.
MEDICARE
If your GP provides a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP), you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on up to 5 sessions each year.
PRIVATE HEALTH
You may be able to claim OT services through your private health insurance, depending on your policy.
PRIVATELY FUNDED
If you don’t have access to third-party funding, you can pay privately for your OT sessions.
